AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN TRADE LICENSE HOLDERS FROM
CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt trade license 1
holders who live out of state and do not practice in the state of 2
Connecticut from Connecticut continuing education requirements. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain trade license holders from continuing education
requirements.
