AN ACT PROHIBITING ANY UNSOLICITED TELEPHONIC SALES
CALLS TO INDIVIDUALS' MOBILE TELEPHONES OR MOBILE
ELECTRONIC DEVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit companies from 1
making or causing to be made any unsolicited telephonic sales calls to 2
individuals' mobile telephones or mobile electronic devices. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit companies from making or causing to be made any
unsolicited telephonic sales calls to individuals' mobile telephones or
mobile electronic devices.
