AN ACT INCREASING THE TWO -OUNCE SAMPLE LIMIT FOR
DISTILLERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
holders of a manufacturer permit or a manufacturer permit for a farm 2
distillery to offer free samples of distilled alcohol or spirits in an 3
amount greater than two ounces per day per person. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the two-ounce sample limit for distilleries.
