AN ACT CONCERNING GROCERY STORE BEER PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 30-20 of the general statutes be 1
amended to allow convenience stores and self-service retail 2
establishments that are independently owned or part of a corporation 3
operating a chain of retail establishments under the same trade name 4
to obtain grocery store beer permits. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow convenience stores and self-service retail establishments to
obtain grocery store beer permits.
