AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGALIZATION, TAXATION AND
REGULATION OF THE RETAIL SALE AND USE OF MARIJUANA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to legalize, tax and regulate 1
the retail sale and use of marijuana. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To legalize and regulate the retail sale of marijuana and to utilize the
current infrastructure to facilitate retail sales.
