AN ACT CONCERNING CUSTOMARY AND REASONABLE
COMPENSATION FOR APPRAISERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That Section 20-529e-12 of the Regulations of Connecticut State 1
Agencies be amended to require that an appraisal management 2
company compensate appraisers in compliance with 129E(i) of the 3
federal Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C.ยง1601 et. seq.). 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that Connecticut appraisers receive customary and
reasonable compensation.
