| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that each snow 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | removal contractor entering into a snow removal contract with a 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | consumer in this state shall (1) not include an indemnification clause in 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | such contract, and (2) be liable for any and all damages arising from 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | the presence of any snow or ice on any portion of the consumer's 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | property if such contractor is required to remove such snow or ice 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | pursuant to such contract. 7 | |
