AN ACT CONCERNING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ANY BOND
REQUIRED OF A HOME INSPECTOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any bond required 1
of a home inspector to be in an amount not less than twenty-five 2
thousand dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require any bond required of a home inspector to be in an amount
not less than twenty-five thousand dollars.
