AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSED HOME INSPECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to allow a licensed 1
home inspector who is certified to inspect foundations to inspect for 2
crumbling building foundations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow licensed home inspectors to inspect for crumbling building
foundations.
