AN ACT CONCERNING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARRESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-38b of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
additional factors for peace officers to consider when determining 2
which party to arrest in the case of a domestic violence incident. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect victims of domestic violence.
