AN ACT CONCERNING SEX TRAFFICKING AND REGISTRATION AS 
A SEXUAL OFFENDER. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That chapter 969 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1 
any person convicted of sex trafficking be required to register on the 2 
sexual offender registry. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To increase penalties for sex trafficking in Connecticut.
