AN ACT REQUIRING REIMBURSEMENT TO EMPLOYEES FOR
CERTAIN COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require employers to 1
reimburse employees for costs resulting from exceeding the limits of 2
an employee's electronic device data plan, provided such costs are 3
incurred in the course of employment. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the reimbursement of certain costs incurred by employees
in the course of employment.
