AN ACT CONCERNING NONCOMPETE AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to set an income threshold 1
below which companies are not allowed to force employees to sign a 2
noncompete agreement. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain employees to find jobs after they leave their current
employer.
