AN ACT CONCERNING DISCRIMINATION BASED ON A PERSON'S
CRIMINAL HISTORY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit discrimination in 1
employment, housing, public education and accommodations, 2
insurance, credit transactions, government programs and services and 3
economic development programs, based on a person's criminal 4
history. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit discrimination based on a person's criminal history.
