AN ACT CONCERNING REFERENCES TO A TERMINAL CONDITION
IN STATUTES GOVERNING REMOVAL OF LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 368w of the general statutes be amended to replace 1
references to a terminal condition with language referencing having a 2
life expectancy of six months or less. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To amend certain references on the living will form.
