AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED GRANTS FOR COMMUNITY
POLICING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase grants for 1
community policing in cities and towns with a population greater than 2
seventy thousand, funded by the decrease or elimination of certain tax 3
expenditures. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To bring restorative policing to our neighborhoods in order to increase
safety by proactively deterring crime.
