AN ACT EXEMPTING LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS FROM PAYING
POSSIBLE TOLLS TO USE CONNECTICUT'S HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt low-income 1
residents from paying tolls in the event electronic tolling is 2
implemented in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt low-income residents from paying tolls in the event
electronic tolling is implemented in the state.
