AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE INCOME -BASED EQUITY
IMPACTS OF CONGESTION PRICING AND ELECTRONIC TOLLING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation be required to study the 1
income-based equity impacts of congestion pricing and electronic 2
tolling and identify strategies for addressing equity concerns. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To study the income-based equity impacts of congestion pricing and
electronic tolling.
