AN ACT ESTABLISHING INCENTIVES FOR STATE EMPLOYEES TO
USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to offer state employees 1
incentives to use public transportation. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To establish incentives for state employees to use public transportation
and thereby increase ridership, alleviate traffic and parking congestion
and reduce carbon emissions.
