AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL FUNDING OF TEACHER
PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 167a of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
the legislature appropriate in full the required annual contribution for 2
the teachers' retirement system in each fiscal year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the full funding of teacher pensions.
