AN ACT CONCERNING DEDICATED FUNDING FOR THE REGIONAL
FIRE TRAINING SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a nonlapsing 1
regional fire training school account and that sufficient funding be 2
provided from a dedicated revenue source to fund the nine regional 3
fire training schools for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate and protect funds for the operation of the nine regional
fire training schools.
