AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CODE CONNECTICUT PROGRAM THAT
PROVIDES A FREE ONLINE COMPUTER CODING COURSE TO
STUDENTS THROUGH PUBLIC LIBRARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a Code 1
Connecticut program that provides a free, twelve-week online 2
computer coding course to students through public libraries. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prepare students for 21st century jobs by providing a free, twelve-
week online computer coding course through public libraries.
