AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY CHOICE AGGREGATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow community choice 1
aggregation, which shall include allowing residential and commercial 2
electric utility customers located in the same municipality to form 3
power purchasing entities to increase the use of renewable energy and 4
reduce energy costs. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow community choice aggregation.
