1521 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1622 Assembly convened:

18-Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education 1
19-shall conduct a study relating to post-secondary education in the state. 2
20-Not later than January 1, 2020, the office shall submit a report, in 3
21-accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 4
22-on the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the 5
23-General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher 6
24-education and employment advancement. 7

25+Education shall conduct a study relating to manufacturing and 2
26+technology issues in the state. Not later than November 25, 2019, the 3
27+board shall submit a report of the results of such study to the joint 4
28+standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 5
29+matters relating to higher education and employment advancement, in 6
30+accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. 7
