| 23 | 23 | | That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to (1) require that 1 |

| 26 | 26 | | substance use disorder benefits, and (B) the committee of the General 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to insurance conduct a 5 |

| 28 | 28 | | public hearing concerning (i) all such reports, and (ii) compliance with 6 |

| 29 | 29 | | the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and 7 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343, and (2) expand coverage, 8 |
