AN ACT PROHIBITING INQUIRIES ABOUT THE CRIMINAL HISTORY
OF AUTOMOTIVE GLASS WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit employers from 1
inquiring about the criminal history of an automotive glass employee 2
or prospective automotive glass employee. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit employers from inquiring about the criminal history of an
automotive glass employee or prospective automotive glass employee.
