AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF LICENSE RESTORATION
FEES AT THE OFFICE OF ANY CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit a person who 1
operated a motor vehicle while such person's motor vehicle operator's 2
license was suspended to pay any fee owed to the Department of 3
Motor Vehicles for license restoration at the office of any clerk of the 4
Superior Court. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To permit license restoration fees be paid at the office of any clerk of
the Superior Court.
