AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GREEN ALERT SYSTEM FOR MISSING
AT-RISK VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a green alert 1
system to notify the public that a veteran, who is at imminent risk of 2
self-harm as a result of a physical or mental condition related to such 3
veteran's service in the armed forces, is missing. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create a green alert system for locating missing veterans who are at
imminent risk of self-harm.
