1419 AN ACT CONCERNING RE VOCATION OF A PUBLIC OFFICIAL'S
1520 PENSION OR A STATE OR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE 'S PENSION.
1621 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

1924 Section 1. Subsection (f) of section 1-110a of the general statutes is 1
2025 repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective 2

2227 (f) In all criminal proceedings in state [or federal] court in which the 4
2328 defendant is a public official or a state or municipal employee who is 5
2429 charged with a crime related to state or municipal office, the [Attorney 6
