AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY BY THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Transportation 1
shall conduct a study relating to transportation issues in the state. Not 2
later than January 1, 2020, the department shall submit a report of the 3
results of such study to the joint standing committee of the General 4
Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation, in 5
accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 6
statutes. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

To require the Department of Transportation to study issues relating to
