| 26 | 26 | distribute, use or apply chlorpyrifos. Any person who violates the 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | provisions of this section shall be fined not more than one thousand 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | dollars or imprisoned for no more than thirty days, or both. The 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may enforce 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | the provisions of this section in accordance with the provisions of 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | chapter 441 of the general statutes. 7 | |
