| 23 | 23 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | and Management shall conduct a review of payments in lieu of taxes 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | made during the biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not later than 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | February 1, 2020, the secretary shall submit the results of such review, 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7 | |
