RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE
CONSTITUTION TO PERMIT EARLY VOTING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article sixth of the Constitution of the state be amended to 1
permit early, in-person voting. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand opportunities for electors to cast ballots, in-person, prior to
election day.
