RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE
CONSTITUTION TO PROVIDE FOR DIRECT INITIATIVES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That section 1 of article third and section 5 of article eleventh of the 1
Constitution of the state be amended to grant to the electors of the state 2
the power of direct initiative. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide electors of Connecticut the right to propose and enact laws
through direct initiative.
