RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT CONCERNING TERM LIMITS FOR CERTAIN
LEGISLATORS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That section 10 of article third of the Constitution of the state be 1
amended to provide that no senator or representative shall serve more 2
than five terms in such office, unless such senator or representative is 3
elected to a leadership position in the General Assembly. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish term limits for certain legislators.
