RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE
CONSTITUTION TO ALLOW EARLY VOTING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article sixth of the Constitution of the state be amended to 1
provide an elector the ability to appear at his or her polling place and 2
cast his or her ballot prior to the day on which an election is held. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit early voting.
