RESOLUTION PETITIONING CONGRESS TO CONVENE AN ARTICLE
V CONVENTION TO OVERTURN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME
COURT'S DECISION IN CITIZENS UNITED V. FEDERAL ELECTION
COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the General Assembly applies to the United States Congress to 1
call a convention for the limited purpose of proposing an amendment 2
to the United States Constitution overturning the United States 3
Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election 4
Commission. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To urge Congress to call a constitutional convention for the purpose of
overturning the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling.
