RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
M. NAWAZ WAHLA OF GL ASTONBURY TO BE A JU DGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable M. Nawaz Wahla of Glastonbury to be a Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve a term of eight years from February 4, 2019, is 3
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 4
Court for said term. 5
