RESOLUTION AMENDING THE JOINT RULES TO CREATE A JOINT
STANDING SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE APPROPRIATIONS AND
FINANCE, REVENUE AND BONDING COMMITTEES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the joint rules of the Senate and House of Representatives be 1
amended to create a joint standing subcommittee of the joint standing 2
committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 3
relating to finance, revenue and bonding and appropriations and the 4
budgets of state agencies. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure a more fiscally measured approach to creating and
balancing the biennial budget.
