RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE DECIS ION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISM ISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
LEONA MCCULLEY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 24575 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2
in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Leona McCulley, is confirmed. 3
