RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIO NER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF MAUREEN
MONAGHAN.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Maureen 3
Monaghan, file number 24371 of said commissioner. 4
