RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIO NER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF JEROME
RIDDICK.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension 1
for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this 2
resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of 3
Jerome Riddick, file number 24368 of said commissioner. 4
Sec. 2. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a 5
period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution 6
by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Jerome 7
Riddick, file number 24506 of said commissioner. 8
