RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
ROBERT J. DEVLIN, JR., OF SHELTON TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
APPELLATE COURT AND A JUDGE OF THE SUPER IOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Robert J. Devlin, Jr., of Shelton to be a Judge of the 2
Appellate Court and a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for a term 3
of eight years from the date of confirmation by both Houses, in 4
succession to the Honorable Michael R. Sheldon, is approved and 5
confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Appellate Court and the 6
Superior Court for said term. 7
