RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF KAREN WELCH
OF SOMERS TO BE A ME MBER OF THE ADVISORY BOARD OF THE
WORKERS' COMPENSATIO N COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Karen 1
Welch of Somers to be a member of the Advisory Board of the 2
Workers' Compensation Commission, to serve a term ending 3
December 31, 2022, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, 4
whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is 5
reappointed said member for said term. 6
