RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF KATHERINE
SCHARF DYKES OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE COMMI SSIONER OF
ENERGY AND ENVIRONME NTAL PROTECTION.
Resolved by this House:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Katherine 1
Scharf Dykes of West Hartford to be Commissioner of Energy and 2
Environmental Protection, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but 3
not longer than March 1, 2023, is approved and confirmed, and she is 4
appointed said commissioner for said term. 5
