RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF KURT D. WESTBY
OF MIDDLETOWN TO BE LABOR COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this House:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Kurt D. 1
Westby of Middletown to be Labor Commissioner, to serve at the 2
pleasure of the Governor, but not longer than March 1, 2023, or until a 3
successor is appointed and qualified, is approved and confirmed, and 4
he is appointed said commissioner for said term. 5
