AGREEMENT BETWEEN TH E STATE OF CONNECTIC UT JUDICIAL
BRANCH AND THE UNION OF PROFESSIONAL JUDI CIAL
EMPLOYEES, AFT/AFT-CT, CONCERNING THE C OUNSEL, LEGAL
SERVICES JOB CLASSIFICATION.
Resolved by this House:
That the memorandum of agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut Judicial Branch and the Union of Professional Judicial 2
Employees, AFT/AFT-CT, concerning the Counsel, Legal Services job 3
classification, submitted to this assembly May 3, 2019, for approval, as 4
provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general statutes, is 5
approved.6
