AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 13b-119 of the general statutes be 1
amended to prohibit a transportation network company from 2
permitting an individual to act as a transportation network company 3
driver if such individual does not possess a Connecticut motor vehicle 4
operator's license. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require a transportation network company driver to possess a
Connecticut motor vehicle operator's license.
