AN ACT NAMING A PORTION OF ROUTE 97 FROM SPRAGUE TO
HAMPTON IN HONOR OF CONSERVATION OFFICER JAMES V.
SPIGNESI, JR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a portion of Route 97 from Sprague to Hampton be named in 1
honor of James V. Spignesi, Jr. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To name a portion of Route 97 in honor of Conservation Officer James
V. Spignesi, Jr., who died in the line of duty.
