AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ATHLETIC FIELD AT RHAM HIGH SCHOOL
IN HEBRON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars, the proceeds 4
of which shall be used by the Department of Administrative Services 5
for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Hebron for 6
improvements to the athletic field at RHAM High School in Hebron. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for improvements to the athletic field at RHAM
High School in Hebron.
